摘要
采用常压连续流动微反装置,考察了液化石油气在HZSM—5分子筛及各种改性分子筛上的芳构化反应,并对抑制积炭延长分子筛活性稳定性方面做了研究。根据测得的催化剂样品上的吡啶吸附红外光谱及氨的TPD结果,提出了芳构化的活性中心是由B酸与L酸共同构成,B酸与L酸应有适宜配比的观点。
The aromatization of liquified petroleum gas (LPG)on the HZSM-5 zeolite molicular sieve and a series of modified zeolite molecular sieve samples have been studied in a fixed-bed continuous-flow microreactor system with a gas chromatography unit. The inhibition of carbon deposit for improving the stability of the catalyst have also been studied experimentally. Based en the infrared spectra of pyridine the TPD spectra of NHs adsorbed on different catalyst samples, and the product distribution of aromatization of LPG, it is proposed that the active centre of aromatization should be composed of Bronsted acid centre and Lewis acid centre. These two kins of acid centre should have a proper proportion.
