废中变催化剂综合利用的新途径

摘要 本文通过大量的实验工作,探索出了一条废中温变换催化剂综合利用的新途径,将废催化剂与纯碱混合后于700~900下焙烧制取铁红及铬酸盐。研究了影响废催化剂回收率的主要因素的变化规律,找到了本法的适宜的反应条件,用化学分析和仪器分析测定了所得产品的纯度,结果表明产品铁红的纯度已达到商品化水平。同时探讨了用可溶性钡盐。铅盐沉淀铬酸根以制取柠檬黄和铬黄的方法。这为解决由废催化剂所产生的环境污染问题同时实现变废为宝提供了一条可行的途径。 A new process utilising waste shift ?reaction catalyst is proposed in this paper. The catalyst ground mixed with Sodium Carborate is calcinated at 973?I I73K to produce ferric oxide and chsomic salt. Factors in-fluercing the yield of ferric oxide recovery is investigated and the optimal reaction condition is obtained. The purity of the products is determined by chemical analysis and has shown that the ferric oxide has attained the commercial product level. Experiment on preparation of Barium chtomate or PbCrO4 by precipitation using Soluble Barium Nitrate or Pb salt as the precipitant has also been carried out. The results show that this process provides a new solution to the pollution problem caused by the waste catalyst.
