摘要
本文论述了砂轮在线液体平衡原理及研制的新型平衡装置。并对系统的微机控制进行了研究。实验结果表明:系统原理正确,平衡精度高,速度快,能显著地提高磨削质量。
In this paper, the hydro-balance principle of grinding wheel in-process is discussed. A new type of balance device is developed, and also micro-computer control of the system is carried out research. This test results have shown that the system is correct in principle, fast in balance speed, high in balance accuracy and can remarkably improve grinding quality.
