摘要
本文在对气动测量进行理论分析的基础上,研制出一种新型气动量仪。它不仅能用于测量尺寸误差、形状误差,而且还可以测量相互位置误差。
On the basis of theoretical analysis on the pneumatic measurement, a new type of pneumatic measuring instrument was developed. It can be used for measuring dimensions and shape errors as well as relative position errors.
