摘要 本文按文献提供的设计图型制造喷流型氢化物发生器,应用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收法在(HCl—H_2C_2O_4—K_3〔Fe(CN)_6〕体系中,测定多种食品中微量铅。研究结果表明,方法的灵敏度比火焰法灵敏度提高近20倍,测定结果令人满意。 A hydride generator of the spray type has been installed based on a schematic design in the literature. The trace contents of lead in many kinds of food were determined in the HCl-H2C2O4-K3[Fe(CN)6] system by hydride generation -flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The sensitivity of the method is 0. 012μg/ml/1 % absorption,the linear range lies in 0. 0 to 0. 6μg/ml, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%. Recovery rates for standard addition in various food samples are between 96. 3% and 102. 6%.
