摘要
本文研究了经硼氮共渗处理的钢领使用性能。试验表明,钢领经硼氮共渗处理后成功地将原碳氮共渗钢领的主要磨损形式—疲劳磨损转化为磨损最轻微的氧化磨损,使其寿命大幅度提高,并且不影响纺纱质量。
The performance of nitroborided steel rings used in the textile industry was studied. The results show that nitroboriding can change the main wear mode of the original carbonitrided rings from fatigue wear to oxidative wear-the mildest wear mode. Correspondingly, the working life of the rings was largely prolonged, and no influence on the spinning quality was found.
