碳钢电子束表面合金化的组织与性能

摘要 本文用高能电子束对碳钢表面进行了不同粉末、不同预置方法的合金化处理,在组织性能分析基础上.得出了小型轧辊表面合金化的合适工艺,试验结果己用于生产. The surface of plain carbon steel specimens were alloy-cladded by means of high energy electron beam. Different alloy powders and different pre-cladding methods were used. Structure and properties of the specimens were studied, and on the basis of these results, optimum surface alloying processing parameters for a small roll were obtained. The results have already been practically used.
