摘要 本文通过对酯交换法生产涤纶树脂中交换的塔的技术分析,从平衡原理和热效应角度,对酯交换塔的反应能力运行了讨论.假定酯交换塔中各层塔板上的物料为理想混合状态,引用多级串联反应釜的数学模型,校核了反应器中的塔板转化率,从而得出结论. This work is an engineering analysis about a transesterificationtower in the polyester resin production process. The reaction capability of transesterification-tower was discussed by using chemical equilibrum principle and therrnodynamic analysis. Suppose that the reactants on enery plate reached complete mixing, the reaction conversion on every plate of the tower was calculated by using the mathematical model for multi-step reactor.
