摘要
本文对压电陶瓷微位移器驱动电源的设计原理和设计特点作了深入分析.在此基础上,进行了微机控制压电陶瓷微位移器驱动电源的设计,并进行调试和实际应用试验.试验结果表明,该驱动电源输出精度高,动态特性好,可以作为各种压电陶瓷微位移器件(或装置)的驱动控制.
In this paper the designing principles and characteristics of driving power forpiezoelectric microdisplacement actuators are analyzed deeply.Then a microcomputercontrolled driving power for the actuators is designed and tested for practical appli-cations.The testing results illustrate that the power has the advantages of highprecision and fast response in output,and it is suitable for using sa a driving andcontrolling device for all kinds of piezoelectric microdisplacement elements andactuators.
