摘要
本文研究了热处理强化后的40CrNiMoA钢在低于屈服强度的应力作用下常温蠕变行为和影响因素。揭示了热处理工艺及显微组织对钢材蠕变抗力的影响。结果表朗;热处理强化钢中有微量游离铁索体存在,将明显降低蠕变抗力。钢材经高温奥氏体化淬火和M_2点以下的等温淬火并经320℃回火,将使蠕变抗力显著提高。
The ambient temperature creep behaviour of a heat ereated 40CrNiMoA steel under stresses lower than its yield strength was studied together with its influencing factors. Experimental results show that: 1 The existence of a trace amount of free ferrite in the microstructure of the heat treated 40CrNiMoA steel conspicuously deteriorates the creep property. 2 Marqucnching below the Ms temperature after austenitizing at a high temperature of 1100℃, followed by tempering at 320'Cconspicuously improves the creep property.
