珠光体基球墨铸铁的无润滑滑动磨损

摘要 在较大载荷与速度范围内(3~20kgf,0.25~7.5m/s)用销盘法研究了含铜、钼珠光体基球墨铸铁的无润滑滑动磨损特性。研究结果表明这种材料在一定载荷下,随着摩擦速度的增大,出现两个轻微磨损区和两个剧烈磨损区。在第二个轻微磨损区中,摩擦表面形成了高硬度的白亮层。与前人观点不同,认为白亮层不是使试样具有高耐磨性的原因,此时的低磨损率是由于摩擦热使试样表面升温到临界点以上并发生了氧化所致。根据实验结果绘制了这种材料的磨损图。 The Unlubricated sliding wear characteristics of a pearlitic ductile iron was studied by the pin -on -disk method within a large range of normal load and sliding speed. The disk was made of a heat treated GCr15 steel with a hardness of HRC57 - 59. The results show that under definite loads .the wear rate of the ductile iron changes with the sliding speed ty exhibiting two mild wear zones and two severe wear zones. The first mild wear zone is characterized by oxidative wear with the formation of the reddish brown Fe2O3,and adhesive wear is the main wear mechanism in the first severe wear zone. In the second mild wear zone,a hard white martensitic layer was found on the sliding surfacs. Since martensite can only form after the test is stopped and the specimen is allowed to cool in air ,it is suggested that the formation of iron oxides is responsible for the small wear rate. With increasing load, the wear rate vs. sliding speed curve shifts to the left with higher wear rates. A wear map of the material is constructed according to the test data obtained. It is considered practical in wear design and wear diagnose.
