一种新的氯化钠热化学分解循环

摘要 本文提出了一种新的氯化钠热分解循环。研究了循环中各主要化学反应的适宜条件,并从热力学计算出了循环体系中能量流动过程;用TG法研究了循环中多相反应的动力学问题,实验和理论证明了该循环具有很大的节能优势,有取代传统电解法的广阔前景。 A new thermochemical decomposition cycle of sodium chloxide Tor the preparation of chlorine and sodium hydroxide is presented in this paper. The optimum conditions of the main reactions in the cycle were obtained from a series of experimental results. The heat flow of the cycle system was calculated based on the related thermodynamic equations and thermodgnamic data. The hinetie study with the heterogeneous reaction in the cycle was carried out by means of thermogravimetric method. The result shows that the proposed cycle demonstrates an obviously energy ?saving advantage than all the other methods for production of chlorine and sodium hydroxide. It may become ecnomically competitive with the current elecotrolylic method in future.
