激光表面硬化对球墨铸铁的组织与滑动磨损性能的影响

摘要 将一种铜钼球墨铸铁经正火及经633K等温淬火后,研究了激光表面硬化对它们的组织与滑动磨损性能的影响。滑动磨损试验方法为在接触应力下与经热处理到HRC62—64的GCr15钢对磨。结果显示对于等温淬火球铁,激光硬化层中马氏体片的尺寸与基体奥氏体—贝氏体中的铁索体板条尺寸相近。认为这是一种组织遗传现象。研究结果还表明奥贝球铁的耐磨性优于珠光体球铁,而激光表面硬化可以进一步提高两种基体铸铁的磨损性能。 The effects of laser hardening on the structure and wearability of a normalized and an austempered ductile iron were investigated. Sliding wear was tested under a contact load of 49N and a sliding velocity of 1. 193m/s. The counterpart was a heat treated bearing steel GCr15, hardened to HRC62-64. The results show that for the austempered specimen,martensite plate size obtained by laser hardening approaches that of the ferrite lath in the matrix. It is thought that this is caused by the inheritance of the parent structure. It is also shown that the austempered iron is more wear resistant than the normalized one;and laser hardening can markedly improve the wearability of both specimens.
