摘要
对S195柴油机气缸罩铸件从设计及铸造工艺、裂缝及断口、成分及组织等几个方面进行了分析,找出了其失效原因,提出了防治措施。
Failure analysis of cracked S195 Diesel engine cylinder head castings in service and assembly has been carried out. Design factors , casting technology, crack and fracture, chemical composition and microstructure were considered and the causes of failure were found out. Recommendations for prevention are proposed.
