针对20CrMnTi钢中,具有不同带状的原始组织试样进行渗碳试验和分析,得出对渗碳淬火后马氏体大小和残奥含量有明显影响。并讨论改善办法。
Carburization treatment and analysis are carried out on 20CrMnTi steel samples with differentband primary structure.It is found that the primary structure has distinct influence on the size of Marten-site ingredient and the residual Austenaite content after carburszation-quenching process,Improvementmeasures are discussed.
