摘要
金属热处理是消耗能源较多的工序。节能有着重要的意义。本文分析了热处理能耗的情况,提出了可以实际应用的节能热处理工艺:缩短热处理加热时间、合并中间热处理工序、利用锻造余热热处理以及扩大表面加热和局部加热热处理应用。
The heat treatment of metal is a process in which large amount of energy are expened.Savingenergy is thus very important.In this paper the heat energy expened during this process is analyzed andenergy saving methods applicable in the heat treatment process in production are proposed.There are fourmain energy saving methods which can be appliced in the heat treatment of steel:the heating times may bereduced, sume intermediate heat treatment processes may he omitted,the use of residual forging(casting) may procede the heat treatment,and expended application heating and part heating may be u-tilised.
