利用空间展开技术实现水轮机蜗壳的数控切割

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,许多工艺技术实现了重大突破,水电站工程最大的金属部件蜗壳,以往都是在生产厂家制造完毕再运输到电站,耗时费力,而且影响周期,利用蜗壳展开技术和精确的数控切割下料,就可以直接生产零部件,运到工地后直接装焊,给出了如何展开蜗壳的具体方法,对于国外同行业生产具有十分现实的意义. With the development of science and technology,breakthroughs in many techniques have been made.The biggest metal parts used for hydropower station engineering were usually transported to power stations after the parts had been made by manufactories so that it takes time and great efforts and produces a greal impact on schedules. By means of making use of spiral case technique and precise cutting with numerical control equipment,the parts can be made directly and transported to the sites to be assembled with welding immediately.The concrete method of spread calculation has been given in this paper.It will have influence with far reaching significance on production in the same industries of both China and foreign cuntries.
