手机话费查询及缴费系统模型解决了电话缴费速度慢且无回执单的问题.此模型包括前台查询机的实现,基于SMPP协议短消息中心(SMSC)与扩展短消息平台(ESME)的交互,以及在扩展短消息平台中实现电话查询、缴费的全过程,并实现了数据库的相应修改(银行数据库、移动通信数据库).

The model presented in this paper has changed the embarrassment of the mobile paying problems.This machine implements all inquire modules. First,its External Short Message Entity receives the information which is transmitted from Short Message Service Center based on Short Message Peer to Peer Protocol, and then the entire paying procedure is carried out,at the same time, the model provides the access manipulates to databases (database protocol of bank and database of telecommunication bureau).
