Combustion Synthesis and the Application for Equipment Antisepsis in Petrochemical Industry

燃烧合成法是一种新兴的材料制备方法 .介绍了燃烧合成技术的基本原理、分类及其应用 .燃烧合成表面涂层技术已成为一种重要的材料表面改性技术 ,燃烧合成涂层技术可广泛应用于石化工业重要设备的大面积防腐 ,可重点防止高温氧化、高温硫腐蚀、酸腐蚀和露点腐蚀等 ,对于提高产品的产率和质量 ,挖潜增效 ,改造现有生产装置 ,延长开工周期 ,保障安全生产均具有重要的作用 ,可带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益 .

Combustion synthesis(CS), called self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS), was a new technique for material manufacture. In this paper, the principle, classification and application are discussed ,such as SHS-fabrictaing powder, SHS-melting and casting, SHS-coating and SHS-welding. It is important that the equipment antisepsis be built with coating of combustion synthesis in petrochemical industry.
