为了制备高纯铝,降低杂质铁和铅的含量,对叔胺类萃取剂 N235 萃取分离铁和铅进行了实验研究。Fe? 和Pb ? 的萃取率随着有机相N235 浓度、水相酸度的增加而增加。N235 萃取剂基本上不萃取溶液中铝,但溶液中铝的存在,有助于铁和铅的萃取。经过2 次错流萃取实验,Al2O3 中Fe2O3 降到1 ×10- 4 % ,PbO 降到2×10- 4 % 。
The extraction natures of both Fe and Pb with the extractant N 235 for the preparation of high purity alumina were studied. The extraction ratio of Fe and Pb both increase with the increase of N 235 concentration in the organic solution and the H + and Cl - ion concentration in the aqueous solution. The extractant scarcely extracts Al, but the existence of Al contributes to the extraction of Fe and Pb. Both Fe and Pb can be removed from the AlCl 3 solution and the content of Fe 2O 3 in Al 2O 3 can be lowered to 1×10 4 %, and PbO to 2×10 4 % by using cross flow extraction.
