摘要
将自蔓延高温合成法与离心技术相结合,在普通碳素钢管的内表面复合上一层陶瓷衬里,制成复合管,并对控制复合管质量的制造工艺参数进行了分析,测定了复合管的综合性能。结果表明,用此方法制造的金属陶瓷复合管,在具有一般碳钢管优点的基础上,还具备了较高的耐磨性、耐热性等,从而扩大了碳钢管的使用范围。
The SHS(self propagating high temperature synthesis) method and the centrifugal technique were combined to produce composite tubes with a ceramic lining coated on the inner wall of ordinary carbon steel tubes. Process parameters in controlling the quality of the composite tube were analyzed and its properties were also tested comprehensively. Results show that the composite tube not only has the advantage of the ordinary steel tubes, but also has high wear resistance and high thermal resistance, and can be used in severe service conditions.
