在现行的职工医疗保险制度存在问题突出,必须改革的情况下,按照医疗保险制度改革的原则,结合参加医疗保险的用人单位、职工及医疗机构的具体要求,职工医疗保险管理系统完成医疗保险、人员管理、药品管理、查询统计、报表管理、代码维护等功能。文中介绍了该系统的设计思想、系统组成、系统功能及特点。
Problems in the existing medical insurance policy calls for its reformation. According to the reform principles of medical insurance, combined with the requirements of the medical organizations and the personnels and their employers engaged in the medical insurance system, a medical insurance managing system has been designed and realized. The functions of the system include: the management of medical insurance; management of the personnels ; management of the medicines; querry statistics; management of the reports; code maintainment and etc. The design idea, constitution of the system, its functions and characteristics are described.
