摘要
为了恢复 8m× 6m风洞动力系统的负载能力 ,提高其稳定性与可靠性。利用两套额定值为 485V、30A的小功率调速装置 ,通过改造 ,控制两桥串联的大功率晶闸管整流柜 ,驱动 2 60 0kW直流电动机实现转速控制 ,从而将 8m× 6m风洞模拟调速系统成功地改造成全数字调速系统。结果表明 :通过改造进口小功率全数字装置 ,实现对大功率调速系统的全数字控制 ,其投资与模拟调速系统的相当 ,而技术上达到了世界上
In order to resume the load ability of power system in 8m×6m wind tunnel , improve its stability and reliability, the original analog speed regulated system of 8m×6m wind tunnel has been successfully reformed recently.The new system realize fully digital controlling for 2600kW DC motor ,by rebuilding two sets of 485V、30A speed regulated equipment for controlling large power thyristor based rectifier of 2 stage cascade. The result makes clear that, by rebuilding little power fully digital equipment, large power speed regulated system realizes fully digital controlling, the investment is equivalent to that of the analog speed regulated system, the technique level come up to 90'S world standards.
