摘要 优化设计可以使转子支承系统具有先天优良的转子动力学特性,优化支承的刚度与阻尼系数是使转子支承系统获得优良动力学特性的有效途径。本文采用传递矩阵—拟模态综合法分析转子支承系统的动力特性—临界转速、不平衡响应以及对支承动力参数灵敏度分析,进而对支承动力参数作优化设计。本文所提出的方法已经过算例、模型试验及工程应用的证实。 Optimization of stiffness and damping coefficients of supports is an effective approach to optimal design.In this paper,transfer matrix component mode synthesis is used to calculate the dynamic characteristics critical speeds and unbalanced responses of a rotor support system.An improved transfer matrix method is provided to analyze the constraint vibration modes and the static deflection curves of the constrained subsystems.The optimization of the stiffness coefficients of the supports is used for adjusting the critical speeds of the whole rotor support system away from the operating rotating speed region.The optimization of the damping coefficients is applied to depressing the unbalanced responses of the rotor support system especially during the rotor running through the lower critical speeds and also at the normal operating rotating speed.The scheme of the optimization is mentioned briefly and some numerical examples of the optimization are given.A computer aided optimization program has been developed and used for optimal design of compressor rotor support systems of a turboshaft engine.Model tests also have been done and show that the method and the program are quite useful to optimization of rotor dynamics in aeroengines and other rotating machinery.
