摘要 介绍一个用于旋转机械振动“气体反旋流”主动控制试验研究的系统。它利用增加系统的有效阻尼来抑制由于不平衡因素等引起的转子横向振动。试验结果表明:气体反旋流的最佳值,为这一技术应用于发动机部件试验中提供了有用的数据和经验。 An experimental system for investigating active “gas anti swirl” vibration control of a rotary machine.This system reduces rotor lateral vibrations caused by unbalanced factors by increasing the system effective damping.The test results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the gas anti swirl technique for active control of high speed rotor vibration stability.The optimal matching values of jet diameter、radial clearance and air inlet pressure were found,which provided useful data and experience for application of this technique.
