摘要
根据我国汽车、家电、电子行业特点 ,提出了一种连续生产模式。它既满足了大批量生产的高效率 ,又具有单件生产的灵活性 ,是 MRPII( Manufacturing resource plan )与 JIT( Justin time)思想结合的产物。以生产计划为主线 ,确定了集成环境下连续生产管理系统的体系结构 ,设计出连续生产车间管理控制器的体系结构及功能框架 ;结合连续生产模式的特点 ,针对 MRPII的“推式”控制与 JIT的“拉式”控制在生产线控制策略上结合的可行性进行研究 ,设计出生产线 Push/ Pull控制策略的处理流程及在连续生产车间管理控制器中 Push/ Pull控制的实现方法。本文为连续式生产模式企业车间管理与控制提供了一个参考模型。
Based on the character in industries of automobile, homes electric appliance and telecom, from the viewpoint of production organizational pattern, the sequential productive pattern is put forward. Being the offspring of combination of MRPⅡ(manufacturing resource plan Ⅱ) and JIT(just in time), it not only has the merit of high efficiency of mass patch production, but also has the virtue of flexility of job manufacture. According to the production plan, the architecture and the function structure of shop floor control in sequential production are devised. The feasibility about combination of MRPII and JIT in the control strategy on production line is investigated. The control process and the implement method of push/pull control strategy are proposed. Result provides a reference model for shop-floor management and control system in the enterprise with sequential production mode.
