摘要
输出电流脉动是多路输出电源的一个重要性能指标 ,而耦合电感又是影响多路输出电源输出电流脉动的关键部件 ,因此需要研究耦合电感对输出电流脉动的影响。本文以两路输出电源为例 ,深入分析了耦合电感对输出电流脉动的影响。首先引入简单有效的数学模型 ,在此基础上给出了耦合电感匝比关系的一般选取原则 ,然后进一步分析了耦合电感各参数对输出电流脉动的影响 ,并提出新的调整输出纹波的方法。实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
The output ripple current is an important parameter of the multi-output converter and the coupled inductor is the key component affecting the output ripple current in the multiple-output converter. However, the working principle of the coupled inductor has not been widely and deeply understood. Based on the model introduced in this paper, the choosing principle of the winding ratio and the influence of the coupled inductor on output ripple current is analyzed in detail, with the example of the two-output converter. According to the analysis, a novel method for regulating the output ripple current is proposed, which may regulate the relationship of the different windings′ parameters by changing the winding′s structure of the coupled inductor, so as to regulate the output ripple current. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method.
