摘要
本文提出了新型的既可采用固定式节流(毛细管)又可采用反馈式节流(扭板弹性元件)的具有四个倾斜油腔的动静压混合轴承.在一定的边界条件下,用有限差分方法解得对应于动压效应的二维雷诺方程的数值解,运用数值积分求得动压特性与静压特性.将上述两个结果综合起来,即得该混合轴承的综合特性.对这种类型的轴承进行了理论分析计算,并与实验结果比较,验证了理论模型与计算结果的正确性.给出了倾斜油腔的倾斜比的优化范围.证明了该种轴承具有比较大的实用价值与优点,并已将这种混合轴承用于M 1080无心磨床的改装设计中.
The hybrid hydrodynamic/hydrostatic journal bearing with four inclined pocketsis proposed in this paper.It is compensated by a capillary restrictor or an elasticfeedback—component restrictor.On certain boundary conditions the numerical solu-tion of the planar Reynolds equation is obtained by the finite difference method.Bynumerical integration the hydrodynamic performance and the hydrostatic one aregained.The total of above two results is the hybrid performance of this bearing.Thetheoretical analysis and calculation to this type of hybrid bearing is given and com-pared with the experimental observation.The correction of the theoretical model andcalculating results have been proved.The optimization range of the incline ratio of the inclined pockets is given.The practical value and obvious advantages of this type of hybrid bearings areimproved.
