摘要
目的 :研究高压氧对带血供周围神经移植修复成鼠损伤脊髓功能恢复的作用。方法 :将 40只成年Wistar大鼠作成脊髓半切损伤模型 ,随机分为A、B两组 ,A组单纯带血供周围神经移植修复脊髓损伤 ,B组为带血供周围神经移植后给予高压氧治疗。手术后 1、2、4、8、10周进行感觉诱发电位 (SEP)和运动诱发电位 (MEP)检查。结果 :SEP和MEP潜峰时的恢复B组优于A组。结论
Objective:To study the recovery of neural function of adult rats after spinal cord injury by hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment and vascularized peripheral nerve(VPN)transplantation.Method:40 adult Wistar rats divided into two groups with 20 rats in each,As follows:vascularized peripheral nerve graft(Guoup A);VPH and HBO treated group(Group B).After operation,somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)and motor evoked potential(MEP)were examined.Result:The peak latencies of early waves in SEPs and MEPs of Group B were superior to Group A( P <0.05).Conclusion:HBO and vascularized peripheral nerve grafts can prompt the recovery of neural function of adult rats injured spinal cord.
