Treatment of Cervical Erosion with Nd∶YAG Laser-spot-coagulation

目的 探讨Nd∶YAG激光点状凝固治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 应用Nd∶YAG激光点状凝固法对 30 4例宫颈糜烂患者进行治疗 ,凝固间距 2～ 3mm ,光斑直径 2～ 3mm ,Nd∶YAG激光功率密度 142～ 2 14W cm2 ,能量密度 714～ 10 71J cm2 。结果 30 4例宫颈糜烂患者术后 3个月治愈率 88 8% ,总有效率 10 0 0 %。轻、中、重度之间和单纯型、颗粒型、乳突型之间的治愈率差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。术后并发少许血性分泌物占 1 9%。结论 Nd∶YAG激光点状凝固治疗宫颈糜烂效果好 ,对宫颈组织损伤小 。

Objective To investigate the effect of Nd∶YAG laser spot coagulation in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 304 patients with cervical erosion were treated by Nd∶YAG laser with spot coagulation every 2 to 3 mm. Spot diameter, Power density and energy density of Nd∶YAG laser were 2-3 mm, 142-214 W/cm 2 and 714-1 071 J/cm 2, respectively. Results Cure ratio of 304 patents was 88 8% and the total effective rate was 100%. There was no significant difference among cure ratio in the treatment of low, middle and high grade; simple, granular and papillary of cervical erosion (P>0 05, respectively). A few of complications were observed after the procedures. Conclusions Nd∶YAG laser spot coagulation therapy is effective and safe in the theatment of cervical erosion with a small injury of tissue and few of complications.
