葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Effect of Puerarin injection on the treatment of sudden deafness

目的 :探讨葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 :选择 70例突发性耳聋患者 ,随机采用葛根素治疗 3 6例、复方丹参治疗 3 4例。对两者的疗效进行分析比较。结果 :葛根素治疗组总有效率 79.4 9% ,复方丹参治疗组总有效率为 69.4 4% ,两组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,伴眩晕者用葛根素治疗显著优于用复方丹参治疗 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :葛根素治疗突发性耳聋疗效满意 ,安全、可靠、无毒副作用 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Puerarin injection on the treatment of sudden deafness.Meathods:From February 1998 to October 2000,36 cases(39 ears)of sudden deafness were treated with Puerarin injection 400 mg,ATP,CoA and Vit C once a day for ten to twenty days.At the same time also using composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 ml,ATP,CoA and Vit C in 34 cases(36 ears).Results:The effective rate of the Puerarin group was 79.49%.The Salvia miltiorrhiza group was 69.44%.There was no significant difference between the two groups( P >0.05).But for those cases with vertigo,there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Puerarin injection is safe,effective and reliable in treatment of sudden deafness,especially for sudden deafness cases with vertigo.
