射频消融术对心脏收缩及舒张功能影响的动态观察

The effect of radial frequency treatment on the cardiac function in the patients with the paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia.

目的 本文旨在探讨射频消融术 (RF)对心脏功能所产生的影响。方法 采用无创的超声心动图检查方法对 6 1例行RF治疗的病人术前、术后 2天、术后 7天的心功能进行动态观察。结果 6 1例患者术前、术后 2天及术后 7天的心输出量 (CO)和每搏输出量 (SV)的平均值、E峰流速 (VE) /A峰流速 (VA)比值及左室射血分数 (EF)的平均值比较差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,手术部位的不同不影响上述结果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of radial frequency (RF) treatment on the cardiac function in the patients with the paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Method The ultrasound cardiogrqphy(UCG) changes were measured in 61 cases before treatment,on the second day and the seventh day after RF.Results The results showed that the averages of SV,HR,E/A,and CO were not significantly changed ( P >0 05).Conclusion RF treatment had no not significantly changed in cardiac function.
