摘要
本文首先分析了CIM多级控制结构,进而研究了CIM中制造单元的控制结构,提出三级计算机控制方案.在此基础上,重点研究解决了多级控制中的两个基本问题即异种机通讯及协调控制问题,从而为进一步研究制造单元的上层即车间层乃至(?)层的控制奠定基础.目前制造单元的软、硬件设计及三级联调的实验研究已经完成,结果证实了设计的可行性.
The paper analyses the CIM hierarchical control structure,researches themanufacturing cell structure in CIM,and proposes the project of the three-gradecomputer control.On the basis of that,it mainly researches and solves the two es-sential problems in hierarchical control which are communication among andcoordination of different machines,so as to lay the firm foundation for researchinghierarchical control of levels over manufacturing cells——work-shop level as wellas factory level.At present have been completed the hardware and software designand the adjustment experiment of the manfacturing cell.The experiment result provesthe design practical.
