摘要 目的 :探讨脑缺血后轻度高血糖对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :用线栓法建立脑缺血模型 ,随机分为 110 %葡萄糖溶液组。 2复方氯化钠溶液组。观察神经功能缺损症状、应用图象分析仪测量梗塞面积、光镜观察脑组织病理变化。结果 :10 %葡萄糖溶液组与复方氯化钠溶液组的梗塞面积、病理变化、神经功能缺损恢复均无显著差异。结论 :缺血后轻度高血糖对缺血再灌注损伤无明显影响。 Objective: To explore whether postischemia mild hyperglycemia can effect the brain damage in rats. Method: In Sprague Dawley rats the middle cerebral artery was occluded for 2 hours by an intraluminal filament. Two groups of rats were studied: controls that received sodium chloride compound vehicle and animals that received 10% glucose vehicle. Neurological examinations were performed daily, and infarct size and morphological outcome were assessed 7 days after ischemia. Results: postischemia mild ischemia failed to effect infarct volume in two sections. Neurological function and histological outcome have not significantly difference in two groups. Conclusions: We conclude that postischemia mild hyperglycemia do not aggravate cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
