去氢表雄酮对培养的人脐静脉血管内皮细胞抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为观察去氢表雄酮 (DHEA)对人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)抗氧化能力的影响 ,分别检测经不同浓度DHEA(lμmol/L ,5 μmol/L ,5 0 μmol/L)处理的HUVEC培养液中过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛 (MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的含量。结果显示 :经肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)干预后 ,培养液中SOD含量下降 ,MDA升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;加用DHEA后培养液中SOD含量回升 ,MDA下降 ,高浓度组作用最明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结果表明 ,DHEA可增加内皮细胞的抗氧化能力 ,可能为其抗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。 To investigate the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) on anti-oxidation of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC), cultured HUVEC were exposed to different concentration of DHEA(1 μmol/L,5 μmol/L,50 μmol/L) in medium. The content of malonldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismitase (SOD) were measured.Results showed that exposure of the cells to TNF-α decreased the content of SOD and increased the content of MDA comparing to blank group (P< 0.05).Exposure of the cells to DHEA (1 μmol/L,5 μmol/L,50 μmol/L) can respectively increased contents of SOD and decreased contents of MDA (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). Results indicated that DHEA can enhanced the anti ̄oxidation of HUVEC and was considered as an effect of anti-atherosclerosis.
