宫颈鳞癌PCNA表达及DNA倍体与癌转移关系的研究

A Study on Relationship of PCNA Expression and DNA Ploidy Detection with the Metastasis of Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

为了研究宫颈鳞状细胞癌中细胞的增殖潜能与癌转移的关系 ,应用免疫组化SP法检测 6 5例宫颈鳞癌中细胞增殖核抗原PCNA的表达 ,同时用图象分析技术对其DNA含量指数 (DI值 )进行检测。结果显示 ,PCNA表达、DI值与宫颈鳞癌的分化程度及淋巴结转移均有关 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;PCNA与DI呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。提示高的PCNA表达率及高的DI值 (高的肿瘤细胞增殖能力 )常提示宫颈鳞癌的低分化和高转移能力。

To explore the correlation between the tumor proliferative activity and the metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen(PCNA) and DNA Content Index (DI) were investigated using SP immunohistochemical staining and image analysis in 65 cases. Result:The expression of PCNA and DNA content were correlated with tumor differentiation and metastasis; as well as there was a striking association between PCNA and DI.These indicated that higer proliferative activity always means lower differentiation and higer metastasive potention of the cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
