生化调节MFP方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF BIOCHEMICAL MODULATION REGIMEN MFP IN THE TREATMENT OF ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER

目的 :探讨生化调节 MFP方案 (MTX、5 - Fu、DDP)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效与副作用。方法 :1998年 6月— 2 0 0 0年 6月应用 MFP方案治疗晚期胃癌 42例。结果 :全组总有效率 (CR+PR) 4 7.6 % ,对初次化疗患者有效率 6 6 .7% ,对以往接受过化疗者有效率 37.0 4% ,对以往接受过 5 - Fu治疗者有效率 36 .8%。统计学分析显示 ,MFP方案对初次化疗者的有效率显著高于以往接受过化疗者。无明显毒副作用。结论 :对晚期胃癌具有良好的治疗效果 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect and toxicity of biochemical modulation regimen MTX/5 Fu/DDP(MFP)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:From June 1998 to June 2000,42 patients were treated with MFP regimen.Rusults:The total response rate was (CR+PR)47.6 % for 42 patients.The response rate for chemotherapy naive patients and patients who had received chemotherapy were 66.7 % and 37.04 % respectively ( P <0.05).For patients who had received 5 Fu based combination chemotherapy,the response rate was 36.6 %.The side effects include nausea,vomiting and myelosuppression,but were mild.Conclusion:The biochemical modulation MFP regiment had a good effect to advanced gastric cancer,especially to chemotherapy naive patients,and the side effects were mild and tolerable.In addition,the expenses of this regimen are low.So we think that the biochemical modulation MFP regimen is worth to be recommended to patients with advanced gastric cancer.
