摘要
目的 探讨空间学习记忆与海马CA3区苔藓纤维可塑性的关系。方法 Morris水迷宫内对正常幼年Wistar大鼠进行定位航行试验后 ,用Timm显影染色方法 ,观察海马CA3区苔藓纤维分布的可塑性变化。结果 大鼠在 14天学习训练间 ,其逃避潜伏期逐日缩短 ,由平均 (5 7.4± 2 9.3)s下降到 (7.9± 3.5 )s。苔藓纤维主要集中在门区和CA3透明层 ,但学习和对照两组大鼠海马CA3区始层都多少不等地存在苔藓纤维终扣分布 ,两组苔藓纤维分布面密度分别为 0 .0 34 32± 0 .0 15 16 ,0 .0 36 94± 0 .0 16 5 7。经t检验 ,P >0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性。结论 幼年Wistar大鼠Morris水迷宫
Objective To investigate the relationship between spatial learning memory and the plasticity of mossy fibre in CA3 region. Methods Morris water maze was employed to train juvenile Wistar rats by spatial navigation test ,and Timm stain was used to reveal the mossy fibre in hippocampus.Results During 14 days training the latency time shorten gradually,from (57.4±29.3)s to (7.9±3.5)s.Mossy fibre was mainly in the hilus and stratum lucidum of CA3.But beside of this,in stratum oriens of CA3 some terminals of mossy fibre also can be seen both in the test and the control groups,the numerical density of area were 0.03432±0.01516, 0.03694 ± 0.01657 respectively.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05) by t test. Conclusion 14 days spatial learning memory of juvenile Wistar rats in Morris water maze could not induce distribution change of mossy fibre in CA3.
