对精神分裂症病人的人格、智力、记忆和神经心理研究

目的 为全面了解精神分裂症病人的人格、智力、记忆和神经心理功能。方法 以MMPI、RT、WAIS RC、HRB RCA为工具 ,对 10 2例精神分裂症病人进行系统测查。结果 MMPI以F、Sc、Pa、D、Pd分数升高为著 ;RT以R、P、W、D、M、H、X %、ZF、S CON、DEPI、SCZI与正常人有显著差异 ;IQ79以下者占 2 0 .5 % ,MQ79以下者占 77.5 % ,DQ异常率达 72 .5 %。结论 精神分裂症病人的人格、智力、记忆力以及神经心理功能与正常人比较确有明显不同 。

Objective To comprehend thoroughly the functions of personality,intellect,memory and neuropsychology of schizophrenics.Methods By means of MMPI,RT,WAIS RC and HRB RCA, 102 schizophrenics were systematically examined.Results The marks in F,Sc,Pa,D,Pd of MMPI is notably high;there are significant differences between the marks of patients and the ones of normal persons in R,P,W,D,M,H,X%,ZF,S CON,DEPI and SCZI of RT;there are 20.5% of patients whose IQ amounts are below 79,and 77.5% whose MQ amounts below 79,and the abnormal rate in DQ reaches 72.5% Conclusions There are obvious differences between personality,intellect,memory and the functions of neuropsychology of schizophrenics and those of normal persons.And the patients with lower performance also have less good curative effects and prognosis.
