机械通气治疗哮喘持续状态的体会

Effect of mechanical ventilation on status asthmatious

目的 探讨机械通气对哮喘持续状态的治疗效果。方法 对 2 5例经常规治疗后不能缓解的哮喘持续状态病人进行经鼻插管或气管切开行机械通气治疗。结果 2 5例均顺利机械通气 ,症状改善 ,通气时间 7～ 10d不等 ,平均 7 5d ,并顺利脱机。结论 经常规治疗而不能控制哮喘持续状态时 。

Objective To ealuate the effect of mechanical ventilation in status asthmatieas.Methods 25 cases status asthmaticus were taken mechanical ventilation by tracheal intubulation or tracheotomy after routive unrespousive therapy.Results 25 cases finished ventilation therapy successfully with symptoms relieved venilation time were 7 to 10 days,with average 7.5 days.Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an effective method in the treatment of status asthmatious when common therapy can not control asthmatic symptoms.
