甘草酸二铵联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性乙型肝炎

Chronic hepatitis B treatment with Diammonium glycyrrhizinate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factors

目的 寻找治疗CHB、抗纤维化的有效方法。方法 12 1例CHB病人随机分为联合组和单独组 ,联合组 66例给予甘草酸二铵 15 0mg ,注射用促肝细胞生长素 12 0mg ,分别加入 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml中每天静滴 1次 ,3 0d为 1个疗程。单独组 5 5例只用甘利欣注射液 15 0mg加入 10 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml中静滴 ,每天 1次。两组除口服维生素外 ,不用其他药物 ,主要观察治疗前后血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白 /球蛋白 (A/G)、血清Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、层连蛋白 (LN)、透明质酸 (HA)等指标变化。结果 联合组症状改善明显 ,ALT、TBIL下降明显 ,A/G升高显著 ,血清纤维化指标下降显著。结论 甘草酸二铵联合注射用促肝细胞生长素可有效保护肝细胞 ,改善肝功能 ,减轻肝细胞的炎症反应 。

Objective Seek for an effective method to treat chronic hepatitis B.Methods CHB patieuts were randomly divided into the combined group and the single group,the combined group's 66 patients were each given once a day an intravenous drip of 250ml 10% glucose injecton,containing 150mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate iujection and 120mg hepatocyte growth promoting factros,30 days was a course of treatment.The single groups 55 patients each were given once a day an intravenous drip of 250ml 10% glucose injection containing only 150mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.Besides oral vitamin,no medicine were taken for both groups.We mainly observed the index change of ALT.TBIL,A/G,PCⅢ,LN,HA and so on before and after the treatment.Results The symptoms of the combined group were improved obviously.Their ALT and TBIL dropped noticeably.Their A/G rose considerably,and their serum hepatic fibrosis index dropped a lot.Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection combined with injection of hepatocyte growth promoting factors can effectively protect the liver cells,improve liver fanction,reduce the liver cells inflammation reaction,and restrain the hepatic fibrosis development.
