原发性高血压病人心率变异时域分析的临床价值

Clinical value of time domain analysis of heart rate variability for patients with essential hypertension

目的 探讨心率变异 (HRV)时域分析对原发性高血压病人的临床意义。方法 测定 60例原发性高血压病人HRV时域分析各项指标 :SDNN ,SDSD ,SDANN ,RMSSD及PNN50 与 60例正常成人进行对比分析。结果 原发性高血压病人各项时域分析指标均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 HRV各项时域指标的测定 ,有利于评价原发性高血压病人的自主神经病变 ,也为临床预后的估计、药物的筛选提供了依据。

Objective To investigate the change of time domain indices of heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with essential hypertension(HT).Methods Time domain indices of HRV were assessed in 60 cases of HT and 60 healthy subjects.The time domain indices were SDNN,SDSD,SDANN,RMSSD and PNN 50 .Results These indices were markedly lower in patients with HT than those in healthy subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion Time domain analysis of HRV maybe a feasible for evaluating cardiac autonomic nervous activity in HT and also provide evidences for evaluation of clinical prognosis and screening of pharmaceuticals.
