Treated The Comptications of Cacinoma with Bronchial arterial Infusion

目的 探讨选择性支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌的并发症 方法 对 64例患者的 15 0例次灌注化疗进行观察。结果 2 8例次出现严重并发症 ( 18.67% ) ,包括血肿、出血、皮肤损害、股动脉血栓形成及脊髓损伤。结论 研究并发症发生的原因。

Objective To explore the complication of lung carcinoma treated with bronchial arterial infusion(BAI).Methods In 64 patieats with lung carcinoma,150 bronchail arterail infusion were observed.Results There were severe complications in 28 cases (18.67%),including hematoma,massive hemorrhage,skin injuries,thrombosis of femoral artery and damage of spinal cord.Conclusions It was important to examine causes,hazards,methods for prevention and management of the complications.
