脑卒中患者T淋巴细胞亚群及神经元特异性烯醇化酶变化与临床的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨脑卒中患者机体免疫功能、神经功能损害与预后的关系。方法 :选取脑卒中 3天患者60例 ,正常对照 2 0例 ,采血应用直接免疫荧光染色法测 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,酶联免疫分析法测血清神经元特异性烯醇酶 (NSE)。结果 :脑卒中患者 CD3+ 、CD4 + 和 CD4 + /和 CD8+ 均明显低于对照组 ,血清 NSE明显高于对照组 ,并与神经功能损害呈正相关。结论 :脑卒中早期即有 T细胞免疫功能低下和平衡失调 ,血清 NSE与神经功能损害之间具有明显相关性。 Objective:To explore the relationship of immune function, neuron damage and prognosis.Methods:Within 3 days, 60 cerebral stroke cases and 20 healthy cases were employed to study the T-lymphocyte subgroup and neuron specific enolase (NSE) by using direct immunno-fluorescence and enzyme-linking immune assay.Results:The levels of CD 3 +, CD 4 + and CD 4 +/CD 8 + were lowerer in cerebral stroke cases than those in the healthy cases while the NSE was higher in the cerebral stroke cases, which was positively correlated with the neural function damage. Conclusion: The cerebral stroke cases had lowered T-lymphocyte function and NSE was positively correlated with the injury of nervous function.Conclusions:The low immune function and dysequilibrium of T-lymphocyte were observed in the early stage of cerebral stroke and there was significant correlation between NSE and the neural function damage.
