摘要
目的 :探讨血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗慢性肾功能不全 (CRF)的疗效。方法 :选择 CRF患者 5 0例 ,其中用血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗 30例 (治疗组 ) ,用速尿、多巴胺、酚妥拉明治疗 2 0例(对照组 )。结果 :毛冬青甲素组治疗后尿量增多 ,蛋白尿减轻 ,血尿素氮及肌酐降低 ,肌酐清除率升高 ,总有效率 90 % ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗能延缓肾功能衰竭的进展 ,预防肾纤维化的发生。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of Xue-Fu-Zhu-Yu Decoction combined with Ilexonin on the lreatment of Chronic Renal Failure.Methods: 50 chronic renal failure cases were divided in to two groups:30 cases treated with the combined therapy while another 20 cases were treated as the control treated with furosemide, dopamine and phenolamine.Results:The combined group cases had increased urine output, relieved urernia,lowered blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. Significant differences were observed between the 2 groups (P<0.0l).Conclusions: The combined therapy of Xue-Fu-Zhu-Yu Decoction and Ilexonin was effective in delaying the progress of chronic renal failure and prevent the renal fibrosis.
