中西医结合治疗脑出血并发应激性溃疡出血疗效分析

Therapeutic Analysis of the Combined Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Stress Ulcer Hemorrhage

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗脑出血并发应激性溃疡出血的疗效。方法 :12 0例中应用立止血和洛赛克注射液治疗 60例 (A组 ) ;中西医结合治疗 60例 (B组 )。疗程 7天 ,观察其对呕、便血及伴随症状的改变。结果 :A、B组总有效率分别为 66.7%、91.7% ,两组总有效率差异显著 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :西药合并活血化瘀中药是治疗本病的较佳治法。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined treatment of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with stress ulcer hemorrhage.Methods:120 cases were divided into reptilase and losec treatment group(60 cases) and combined treatment group(60 cages). After 7 days of the treatment, the changes of haematemesis and accompanying signs and symptoms were observed.Results:The total effective rates were 66.7% and 91.7% respectively with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions:The combined treatment was better in treating cerebral hemorrhage with stress ulcer hemorrhage.
