摘要
目的和方法 :利用体外FeSO4/H2 O2 羟自由基和AP/TEMED氧自由基两种自由基生成体系 ,观察益心康 (H3 0 3 )体外自由基清除作用。利用羟自由基损伤大鼠心肌线粒体 ,经荧光探针ACMA测定由NADH及琥珀酸钠引起的线粒体质子跨膜转运的变化。评价中药复方益心康胶囊和复方丹参片的保护作用。结果 :H3 0 3在体外有明显的清除自由基的作用 ,并呈一定的量效关系。H3 0 3可使琥珀酸钠所致的最大荧光淬灭值的降低有明显增加。结论 :H3 0 3为良好的自由基清除剂 ,对自由基所致的心肌线粒体的损伤也具有一定的保护作用。
Objective and Method:The free radical-scavenging effects of YiXinkang capsule(H303) and compound DanShen tablet were observed using FeSO 4/H 2O 2 hydroxy and AP/TEMED oxygen free radical generating systems in vitro ,The protective effects of the drugs on rat myocardial mitochondria injured by free radicals was evaluated by proton transmembrane transfer of myocardial mitochondria induced by NADH and sodium succinate with ACMA fluorescence probe. Result:H303 possessed scavenged free radicals dose-dependently and significantly increased the fluorescence quenching value induced by sodium succinate.Conclusion:H303 is an effective free radical scavenger and possesses protective effect on myocardial mitochondria injury caused by free radicals.
