摘要 本文阐述了用国产材料研制的塑料管地板采暖系统的结构设计方案。应用有限元法建立了地板板体温度场、向上供热量和向下热损失的数值计算的数学模型;同时按房间热平衡法通过小样试验以检验设计方案。对东北寒冷地区现有建筑中是否能满足要求,进行了连续和间歇采暖的两种工况的实测。小样试验表明,将该系统作现有建筑的采暖手段是可行的。地板板体温度场的实验数据与理论计算结果也比较一致。由此表明方案是可行的,理论计算模型是正确的,可供塑料管地板采暖设计作参考。 The structure of floor heating system of hlastic pipes manufacturedwith domestic materials is introduced in this paper.By using finite-elementmethod,the mathematical patterns of temperature field,upward heatingload as well as downward heat loss are established.Meanwhile,by means ofcalorifc balance method,design data have been checked by modelt est.Inorder to observe whether the performanceof heating system is satisfied withthe demand of the existing buildings in the Northeast region of China,measure ments on the test site has been taken when the system isoperating in continuous heating as well as intermittent heating modes. The experimental data of the temperature in the floor-body are quite thesame as the result fo theoraticcal calculation.It is clear that the designis availabl,and the theoratical calculation is correct.It can berecommended as a material for reference in floor heating design withplastic pipes.
