本文在分析信息技术促使组织必然发生变革的基础上，具体论述了流程再造、虚拟企业和网络化组织三种基于信息技术下的组织创新方式以及它们对组织变革的主要作用。

In this paper, the necessity of organizational transform - based the development of information technique is discussed at first. Then this paper discusses three organizational innovation - patterns which base on the information technique. They are redesigned business process, virtual enterprise and network organization. Finally, the main functions of them are presented.
