摘要
文章讨论了如何将二次旋转非球面透镜引入变焦扩束系统设计中 ,并给出了一个采用非球面透镜的变焦扩束系统的设计方案和参数。这个扩束系统的扩束比可在 2 .3~ 1 8之间连续改变 ,最大角差小于 0 .3 mard。与采用球面透镜的扩束系统相比 ,非球面透镜的采用不仅可以简化系统的结构 ,而且可以取得更大的变焦范围 ,并使输出光束的质量有较大提高。
The paper introduced how to use aspherical lens in the design of varifocal beam expander system. And discussed the detail of the design of beam expander with variable expander ratio from 2.3 to 18 by choosing appropriate aspherical coefficient. The maximal angel difference of the beam expander system is less than 0.3 milliradian, which is about one order better than system using usual spherical lens. Our result indicates using aspherical lens in the varifocal expander system can simplify its construction, and increase the output beam quality at same time.
